I could not be more pleased with this frame. I had a matted print I needed to frame, and the outside dimensions of the mat were exactly 11 x 17. It can of course be tricky to order online and be sure you're getting the right size, but I relied on the seller's description as well as the seller's answers to some customer questions. Excellent quality. I purchased this to go with a Giannis print that I also purchased as wall decor for my son's Milwaukee Bucks room; I wanted to match the stock frame they had it pictured in and this one is identical. The final product is polished and professional looking, as if they are all one piece. I love the way it came together, and it looks great up on his wall.

Works perfectly for a print I ordered for my hub from Neil Gaiman. The frame was packaged nicely - no scratches or breaks. Solid piece.My only critique is that you can see the seam at the corners (pictured below). The black composite material does not come off as looking like plastic/cheap.

The first few times I ordered there was no problem, great frames, this last time my frame came shattered and I tried to contact them for a refund/replacement and never heard back. Very disappointed I wasn’t mad because it came broke I’m just upset I never heard back about fixing the problem.

My mom had to have a poster she seen on Facebook so I bought it for her. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the poster, but I swear when I put the poster in this frame the poster became beautiful and not so obviously pixelated. Now I know my mom will live her poster more when she opens it Christmas morning!

The instructions for hanging hardware say to put the wire holders below the points so they won't slide up if the picture is hung vertically. BUT the points on the vertical sides of the frame are not symmetrical. That seems dumb to me. That's the only reason I won't award 5 points. I would love to hear from the manufacturers why the directions are wrong since the illustrations show the wire holders with the frame hanging vertically.

So the frame was great! I used it to frame an old map of the town I grew up in. It was easy to insert the map and the hanging materials were included.The negative was that the frame and glass were extremely dusty and I had to clean the whole thing before inserting the map.

I want to commend the company for a really great frame at a great price. But the icing on the cake was the ample bubble wrap, and a fabulous sturdy box! Thank you! Great job! Will def buy from you guys again.

Fit my needs perfectly. Ordered this to showcase an 11x17 poster. The frame is well-made, with a modern black style. It was easy to take out the back chipboard support piece and pop the poster in securely. It comes with mounting pieces and wire, which I appreciate, but I didn't use them since for our purposes the frame is resting on a shelf. Overall good frame. I have bought three of these over time. One of them fell off the wall and broke, but it's my own fault for not hanging it properly. The other two are hanging up right now and look nice and sleek. I recommend 3M hanging strips instead of the included wire. Also, these ship with a little bit of dust inside and outside of the frame, so definitely clean it with a damp towel and dry it before putting in your picture.
