    Great product for the price.

    I had to modify the aluminum protection a bit, one of the holes did not line up with the engine screw. I had to burn the screw holes more on one side, but since aluminum isn't a big deal.

    Don't do it, it's not worth the extra effort!

    Had to bend and cut the heat shield and fit it to get the bolts through the hole, do not recommend this product as I had to spend almost 90 minutes fixing the mounting holes, also appears to be very cheap rubber , I had to put them on my car because I couldn't afford to take the truck apart and wait for another kit to show up. I am returning the product after the newly ordered set has been delivered.

    WARNING The heat shield is not suitable.

    The product looks great but for that fancy heat shield I recommend going with the old one. As some videos say, don't follow GM's advice at work. I say don't use the heat shield that comes with the kit, use the old one. The top holes do not line up with the holes in the mounting plate, so the screws cannot be tightened. Had to modify after an hour of trying and lost 2 screws somewhere, holes on top to fit socket. MUCH LUCK!
