🔶 3M Automotive Refinish Masking Tape 06652: Superior Quality 18mm x 55m Yellow Tape for Precise Results Review

advertised as 3m yellow tape. What I received was a white 3 meter tape but very poor quality. tears when removed, leaving glue behind. Garbage!

This is 3M. great band as always. This is the exact same band that I paid more for at the auto parts store. Now I can easily order more quantities and sizes.

Tape is a standard 3M tape that I love and will continue to use. However, the ordered size was NOT received. I ordered 18mm and received 3.2mm. The label on the box was also WRONG, incorrectly stating 18mm.

In the end it didn't work for the walls because it peels off the original paint and doesn't give a clear color line. May be good for cars as this color is safer. By sticking to the size of the frog tape, it gave clean lines and did not damage the walls.

I did NOT order that! The second time I ordered this tape and it was correct the first time, but now I'm getting a thinner white tape that's not even close to the same quality. If you don't have the product I asked for, don't send this token! I want my money back!

Very durable and long lasting. Not the best way to create sharp edges due to its thickness - the paint likes to overlap the tape and holds up fairly well. I ran a razor along the edge of the tape before peeling it off and it helped a lot. Definitely better than blue masking tape.

I'm an artist and I've tried a lot of masking tapes but they never work. This is the best masking tape I've tried. NO COLOR LEADING AT ALL. I know it's for cars, but I also recommend it for walls and paintings. (When using art materials, stick the shirt first to remove some glue, otherwise the paper will tear)

This yellow ribbon was already broken when I opened the package. It did not have tamper evident packaging like the green tape pictured underneath. It was broken and the glue was squeezed out of the damaged area. I'm sending it back for a replacement so I'm hoping it comes back safe because it's a great cartridge for the project I'm planning to use it for.

Wow! This tape leaves such a sharp line. Holds up well but doesn't tear off fresh paint. I've bought several different sizes and it's easy to get great curves with them. I used this in an automotive setting and for a small interior painting. both. It's not common to use yellow tape when painting a house, but my goodness it worked better than blue or green with bleed. Excellent band. Get some.
