Just received the tape yesterday so little used. It seems to be as expected from 3M. If anything changes as I use more I will let you know now.

This is the best auto adhesive tape. Worked very well and left clean straight lines. Easy to apply, stays in place and is easy to remove.

Nice ribbon. I bought 3M Green and also Yellow. Yellow is less sticky. In some situations I found I needed green. Yellow is less likely to remove poorly adhered paint. Otherwise both work. I'm in the process of attaching a grill to a car. Much ribbon used!

Ordered 4 packs to repaint our campervan, waiting for the big day, paint day after a month of prep, box opened and only one roll was in. if you are engaged in car repair. This tape is what you need. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than the stuff you can get at your local hardware store. but unlike other tapes, this one is for cars. It can be easily removed after a few weeks on the surface. sticks much better than blue masking tape. and designed for use with automotive paint.
