worked well to cut tile

I had to cut porcelain stoneware. Searched YouTube for ideas and this type of blade was recommended to me. I used it in my inexpensive high speed hand sander and made several passes over the material, a little deeper each time. The result was very satisfying with a clean edge that worked well in my setup.

Pros
  • Sleek design

Great value for money power tool parts and accessories

You definitely get more than you pay for with this disc! I was skeptical of a cheap blade as I only needed it for one time use. I used it to cut porcelain tile in a bathroom and it worked great; Cut the china like butter and still look new so I can use it again in a future project. To avoid chipping I taped the cut line with blue masking tape.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Minor problems

Works great with porcelain stoneware.

I bought a famous brand name blade for about three times the price. After cutting about 16 feet of tile, I developed chips and cracks at the end of the cut. I switched to this blood and got much better results. After beveling the edges to match the original tile, you won't be able to tell the cut edge from the factory edge. The blade also cuts through the tile much more easily. I haven't made enough cuts to tell how long the blade will last. Now I've done about 4 feet and all is going well

knife sharpening work.

I carry a paper clip all the time. It gets used a lot, so it gets boring. I use this blade in my floor mount angle grinder and hold it with my foot. Fixing it, I run the blade of the knife lightly along the side of the blade until I feel the metal bend. Then I remove the curl. with diamond grinding block. Micro-notches are left on the blade for a better cut. I may one day use it for cutting tiles, which flattens the side of the blade a bit, but I like what it's doing now.

Wears out very quickly

Purchased to cut bluestone pavement (1-1/2 inch thick). I had an old Dewalt disc on my wet saw that worked fine but thought a new disc would be better. From the start it seemed to cut slower than the old blade. After cutting through some rocks (let's say 12-15 linear feet) this blade really struggled. Then it got completely stuck, stopped and tripped my circuit breaker. Luckily I didn't throw away my old Dewalt blade, so I put it back in and finished the job (cutting off about 20 more linear…

perfect for the price.

I'm a tile and stone worker and I can tell you these are very good diamond blades. and i use the first of the 10 i bought for almost 3 rides out of 8 continuous rides and they are in very good condition. Be careful with them and don't drop your angle grinder as it will be very bad. Because they are so thin, they bend very easily, and when they do, the diamond begins to break into small pieces and fly away when cut, which can be very dangerous. Overall a great product for the price. I will be…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Works great! I used this blade to cut porcelain stoneware 47 inches long. I needed a blade to finish the edges nicely along the length. (See photo) I've never seen a wet saw big enough for a 4ft tile, so I had to use a 4.5" Bosch angle grinder. I bought three different blades and this one worked the best. Fast and leaves a good edge. Not perfect, but not possible with an angle grinder. Even a wet saw leaves some defects. I didn't expect to be able to "break" porcelain stoneware and get such a…
