Best price and great work

If you have a 2004-2008 F150 check the hub vacuum system. Most likely it has a leak and is grinding the hub gears. Mine was leaking and the gears were slightly damaged, but this part fixed the problem. The installation with the appropriate tools did not take long.

  • Good workmanship

Fit 2006 F-150 4x4: Hub Assemblies

This IWE fits my 2006 F150 as expected. ISBN: B07543QL6W. It looks identical to the removed part except for corrosion and wear. The grease pack that came with it was enough to coat the teeth and lubricate the new hub assembly that was installed at the same time. So far the couple is working after around 300 miles and three weeks. Time will tell if they hold up.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Useless Features

Great for stock

Good price and OEM quality, time will tell. A packet of grease won't do, so make sure you have some wheel bearing grease, but don't overdo it. None of this is what I would call "easy to assemble," but that's not the fault of the drivetrain, which tightens the wheels, unbolts the struts, and pulls out the axle. The first page took 3 hours, the next page 45 minutes

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • Only available in white

So far, so good! Best in Hub Assemblies

I installed this part about a month ago and it still works. Jokes aside, every parts store around me wanted about $100 for this part. I paid $65 and was lucky enough to get it the next day! When I took it out of the box it looked cheap and flimsy, but the Ford part also felt cheap and flimsy. I don't really understand how these parts can handle so much torque. Consider ordering and changing another wheel while the weather is still good. I would buy the part again.

Fits perfectly. 4x4 works again

Ideal for the MAXX expedition 2011. As soon as I lifted the truck off the ground, it was clear that IWE was in bad shape. A crackling sound can be heard as the wheel spins. Easy to fix. Disconnect the upper ball joint. Disconnect the tie rod. Unscrew the ABS sensor tube. Loosen the nut of one axle under the dust cap. Open IVE. Push/pull the axle out of the hub with the IWE. Delete everything. And install a new one. Be sure to scrub the threads on the ball joint and tie rod with a wire brush or…

Problem solved. for bearings and seals

Installed 2 weeks ago and works great. I heard the sound "wah-wah-wah-wah". I thought it was the tires, but after jacking up the front "running engine" the axle on the driver's side was spinning with the wheel. The passenger side was spinning freely so I knew it wasn't the vacuum solenoid, which is a common mistake. After I removed the old one, it broke into 2 pieces and looked cheap to the original manufacturer. This one seemed much better to me than the Fabrikeins after taking it out of the…

  • Waiting time too long

Fixed 4WD in my 2009 F-150

After diagnosing that the actuator on the driver's side of my truck was stuck and therefore I didn't have 4WD, I purchased this part. (I didn't know 4WD didn't work until I was in a snow storm.) I watched a few YouTube videos showing how to change it and got to work. I took my time and installing this actuator took about 2.5 hours. I'm glad I watched different videos as there are several ways to change this. I settled on a method that didn't require me to remove the bottom of the shock and it…
