The product arrived on time and was packaged well. The knotty alder is indeed knotty with several large holes and big cracks. It did take the stain well but when it came to put the sealer on, due to the texture of the wood, there's several spots that look as if no sealer was applying at all. In my application I needed the routed gap at the bottom of the door which was a real problem to accomplish, I don't know why they can't send the boards pre scored on one end if that's going to be an issue…

Awesome product and the wood is beautiful. Very pleased ! This is knotty/rustic alder wood and it's expensive in the lumber yards, IF you can even find it. Menards in my area has a very small selection of it and it wasn't cheap. They definitely didn't have enough to do a whole door with. Lowes had none. Overall, these are solid wood, very nice quality unfinished doors. However, I wasn’t expecting the door to come unassembled, as in a box of boards. That was a surprise. That said, with a screw gun and a few minutes of work they went together easily and turned out really nice. The wood is clear and the cuts accurate so they turned out pretty nice.

Doors came unassembled as described, were easily put together but after seeing several areas of gaps on the tops and bottom panels of the doors, my son brought his drill and and was able to tighten the screws and the panels went flat, there was no way I could do it with just a screwdriver. It was very difficult to find narrow doors to make my pantry until I found these on Ebay. The finished project is beautiful. Love these bypass doors and my new pantry.

I purchased a smaller size door for my bathroom and I loved this! Very high quality and very easy to put together. Makes a huge difference in my new bathroom. Love!

The cross pieces were too short but the seller sent us new cross pieces free of charge! Highly recommend and enjoyed doing business with them.

It took only a couple of hours to assemble and i like the ability to switch the boards around to get the right look you want with all the imperfections before final assembly. Easy assembly and definitely worth the money to get a little higher quality. No smell, good or bad, scentless.

The door was great at first but warped very bad after a couple of months. Numerous attempts have been made to the company and Ebay but neither has bothered to return my messages. Poor quality and poor customer service!

Initially I thought these doors were okay for the money. You did have to assemble them, they are not a standard thickness, but the worst problem was that they warped badly within 6 weeks of installing them. One door warped about 1” from corner to corner, the other almost 2.5”!
