I bought this product to take my lunch to work. Upon arrival I was delighted. They are so beautiful, clean and whole. The next day I took my lunch to work. That night I hand washed my container and the elastic piece around the perimeter of the container that prevents the contents from flowing out came loose. I was so disappointed. The covers are still going, but not as good. I would not buy.

I really like these glass jars. Totally worth $20. As you can see from the picture, you can add enough food to cook. Easy to clean, you can remove the ring on the cover to clean it and the area. The suction power is amazing. I wash the dishes off it immediately after eating, but so far I haven't had any staining issues. But they are worth buying. I will buy more of these.

This is the first review I have ever written. These containers seem sturdy and they allow for very large portions, I can fit my whole lunch and then some. But I'm leaving a 2 start rating because they don't work in ads. I used them for the first time today, the description says they are airtight but they are NOT airtight so be careful. I use a plastic bag and the food I had in it leaked all over the bag and onto my car seat.

Love it! They are a little smaller than I expected but I found them to be a good size. You can't put multi-course menus here, but I just put side dishes in separate containers! I was surprised at their quality considering they only cost around $4 each. The seal appears to be durable as it will withstand many washes and uses. The rim around the jar helps maintain the seal and provides support for holding and moving the jar. Favorite color! They are big enough for my husband who works out every day and eats a lot at mealtimes because he doesn't snack. Maybe a little big for me. My concern is that the lids are flat on top and feel quite slippery after washing. I don't think stacking them on top of each other is a good idea, which means they take up a lot of fridge space.
