These would probably work for many women and for men with smaller feet. For size 12 men they were just too small to offer much support.

At first when I stood up with these in my shoes, I thought they were horrible and too hard. I wanted to like them, I wanted PF relief. So I wore them. To my surprise, they didn’t feel hard after a day. No blisters. Held up my arches. No heel pain. I have them in all my shoes now. The best thing is, I can wear whatever shoes I want! These did not work for me. The gel support is thick, but isn’t tapered enough. It doesn’t curve to fit your foot and was very uncomfortable despite numerous efforts to reposition it. They seem to be well made, the adhesive is fine and withstood numerous removals and repositioning, but in the end they went in the trash.

I have low arches, maybe it’s just my feet, but these felt like rocks hitting the middle of my feet. They were too uncomfortable to tolerate.

Even with cleaning with alcohol prior to application, started moving around in my shoe while on my drive to work. Felt like a waste of money.

Exactly what I needed. The adhesive doesn’t last as long as I would like, but otherwise, they work well.! I can’t wear shoes without arch support and now I can wear all my favorite shoes again

I don't have flat feet, but I have some injuries to both my feet and I also have arthritis in my knees. Was looking to get support for correcting foot and knee pain. Since I just got them and put 1 set in a flat sandal that had basically no support, not sure yet. I almost feel it is too high an arch because I was noticing them as slightly bulky, with my right foot feeling more so that way. Have not tried the other pairs yet due to summer now and wearing open shoes mostly.

Only used for 1 pair of sandles. Really helped and feeling comfortable. The challenge is to figuring out where to put them correctly since it's hard to adjust because they are so sticky.

I thought I’d give these a try, a change grim the other brand I always use. Unfortunately, these are not the right arch support for me. They are too thick, too wide and too hard. I prefer the "foamier” ones by another company.

I used the product to provide arch support to a pair of dress shoes. The adhesive used is good quality. It doesn’t become gummy or sticky. If you need to reposition the support, they lift cleanly and easily. Potentially you could move them to another pair of shoes as needed.I’m pleased.
