Failed quickly in a Shurflo Revolution pump

This is the continuation of a never ending saga trying to find a microswitch that actually works for more than ten cycles. I even installed a 24V TVS diode to try and lengthen the life of the poor switch. The system voltage is 24V and the Amps for the Shurflo Revolution pump is about 7 Amps so it is not exceeding the 16 Amp rating of the microswitch.I finally caved in and replaced the switch with one from a bag of 20 of them I got on Amazom back in 2019 that seem to work but you hafta grind…

Pros
  • works great, replace microwave switches and now it works like when it was new.
Cons
  • Possibility of accidental triggering or false readings due to sensitivity

Perfect Fit on my review.

The switch dimensions are exactly as described. Installed the switch in a joystick mechanism of an arcade fishing game and it operates flawlessly.

Pros
  • We used these for a limit switch on automatic chicken coop door. Works well so far.
Cons
  • May be difficult to install for those unfamiliar with electronic components
