I've been using these for a long time but the pair I used from my last order had a lot of holes for days! Maybe others are better!

Good value for the price, especially the 24 pack. They're not as strong as I'd like, but I'm not really complaining. Finches, golden, purple and sparrows flock to them. Of course, a good Nyjer seed helps. I think you will be satisfied.

My rating would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the adhesive strips on the pouches that held them to the cardboard stock. The sticky material would rip the bags apart if the bags came loose and I tried several methods, soaking, boiling and finally soaking. in Goo-Gone and he still had to snuggle up to get the glue off. Now I wash them several times so that the products used do not harm my precious birds.

I have tried many different FINCH socks and C&S is the ONLY variety I will be buying in the future. Fishermen love these socks. They are thin, thin and easy for fish to get niger seed. Some other socks are too heavy and the fish have a hard time reaching the seeds. This is my second pack of 24 and I will never use any other brand again. Now I have 7 socks hanging in my yard and literally dozens of American Goldfinches. These socks are THE BEST!
