I have been using this service for nearly two years now, with no problems to report thus far! I like the ability to be able to see the caller's name and the fact that I can have my own number. It's hard to do a good job if you don't have the right software. I can't see the caller's name in my call log. It's a hassle to keep track of all of my calls and who they are with. You can't have your own number.
