Description of πŸ”§ Accusize Industrial Tools Self-Reversing Tapping Head 0-1/4'' JT6 Jacobs Taper 2600-4002

**Please do not use the self-reversing tapping heads as drill chucks.** Guaranteed depth control; within Β±0.004''. Chatter-free clutch has positive engagement which allows for a smoother, more accurate operation and more rapid reversal. Radial Float is self-centering to compensate for hole center misalignment. Unique Double Spring mechanism produces automatic feed and cushion drive. There are 2 springs for the feed and 2 springs for the reversal. Pre-set torque control permits easy operation of tap brake torque control.

Saves time! in threaded inserts

Ideal for thread cutting. The blue plastic case is not included with this instrument. With this setup you can drill holes quickly and safely.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • Almost never

I bought our second nozzle after 20 years of use.

Bought our second nozzle after using the old one for 20 years. We drilled about 700-800,000 holes with the original head. The price is worth it!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Great price

Working but mandrel pulled out

I bought this threading tool, in some parts we do 15-30 threaded holes per part which is a pain when you do batch of parts . This is the first attachment I've used so I can't compare it to the more expensive ones. But I found it fairly easy to set up reasonable torque for threading 4-40, 6-32, and 1/4-20 through holes without much risk - I just broke a tap in the part while working up the learning curve - and such far hundreds of holes drilled. Don't expect to learn how to set things up from…

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • I really have no complaints about it everything is fine
