Actually no "exact " factory specifications. Did not fit.

Does not exactly meet factory specifications. Didn't fit my Caddy 66. The new ones have a thinner bezel than the originals and therefore travel too far on the lugs and don't work. I even tried putting the spacer in, but when tightening the nuts, the metal deforms so much that it comes out.
