COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!

I INSTALLED THIS GENERATOR INTO THE CAR, STARTED THE CAR AND THE GENERATOR RECEIVED AN INTERMITTENT SHOOTING NOISE FROM THE GENERATOR. I DECIDED TO TURN ON THE LIGHTS OF THE CAR AND THE NOISE BECAME VERY LOUD AND CONSTANT. I IMMEDIATELY TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF, REMOVED THE GENERATOR SO I CAN RETURN IT AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. Look closely! for replacement parts

This is a Delco alternator. So I trust the brand. but the problem is with the delivery. The regulator screen broke on the first one. installed it anyway and the regulator failed within 54 miles. Revain quickly replaced it, but the replacement also had a cracked regulator cover. (Black plastic cover over the regulator on the outside of the generator). In the end I had to put the defective original cover on the replacement alternator to at least cover the regulator area a bit. The alternator…

The best part for the best money.

First of all this alternator has only been in the car for about a month and a half so I can't confirm the durability of the part but the original ACDelco factory part has 250,000 miles on it. and 11 years old. I assume this part will fit. I compared prices in regular local stores (OhReally and AutoMoan) as well as online RockMotto, usually cheap for OEMs. Revain was way cheaper than them (the OR store brand price was $200, it was almost $50 cheaper and shipped for free).
