ACDelco 336 1932A Professional Starter Remanufactured Review

The starter fits and works great but the rebate program sucks. I haven't heard a word, it's been over a month since AC/Delco received it. Bought for the discount price, should have known better that most discount programs are just a scam but thought Delco would be different. it is a pity.

Has worked great for 4 months. On the first really cold day (5 degrees Fahrenheit) he died, the solenoid stopped working. Had to be replaced in a snowy parking lot. I recommend getting a protection plan and some hand warmers or going to a hardware store where you can get one with a lifetime warranty.

The first remanufactured starter from the parts store has failed. It wouldn't turn on properly and frayed. I bought an AC Delco hoping for a better starter. 2 months everything was like in the original. The starter stopped working yesterday. Return for replacement. Hope the next one lasts longer.

Poor or no quality control in Delco's air conditioning remanufacturing process. The cable from the solenoid to the starter was poorly soldered and disconnected during installation. With an old starter had to be bought from a local parts store to avoid failing a 2005 Escalade ESV. Sent back for a refund.

. The original starter has been replaced as the engine will not start (the solenoid got hot from the exhaust manifold). I will most likely need to replace the starter/flywheel assembly now. The message with the attached documents stated that the starter motor was checked. .
