This product has helped us in doing our job easier since it helps me to make my work more efficient while handling multiple tasks at once with ease of use! It's very user friendly so I don't have any complaints about this program as everything seems easy enough (but then again that could just be because i'm new). I love how easy it was to learn with this program as opposed of other programs that are more complicated in terms or difficulty level. The customer support team has been very helpful when we have questions about their products! No real dislike but there's nothing really special either so far (except maybe you can't create your own modules). For our needs its worked well enough at present time - no complaints here yet though if need be could possibly look into another product/solution depending
