I shopped many other places and this is the best value available for a 4 step ladder. Very easy to fold too. That's my feedback.

Durable,light weight and compact.

I purchased this product, because after shoulder surgery, I struggle with strength and the ability to reach up for things above my head. This ladder has allowed me to continue with daily activity on my own.

Wish it would lock closed

Basic 3-step stool that does the job. I'm 250lbs and have no issues stepping up to the third step with confidence. I haven't experienced any wobble and the construction seems to be good. Time will tell. I only gave this 4-stars because when folded closed, it doesn't lock closed. So, if you were to pick it up from it being stored, it wants to open up. If it's supposed to lock closed, then mine is defective, but I didn't see any latch or anything that would indicate otherwise. It does it's job…

FEEL SAFE ON THIS STEP STOOL

I like this step stool because of the wide steps and height of the stool. I just remodeled my kitchen and this stool works for me when i'm trying to away dishes that I don't use often.

  • The ladder may not be tall enough for certain tasks, such as changing light bulbs in high ceilings or reaching high shelves

Sturdy and stores small

Replaced my old, wobbly step ladder that always made me nervous with this sturdy step ladder. I've had this for quite some time now and I am very pleased with my purchase. As a plus size woman I feel confident while on this step ladder, it's solid. It folds easily and slides between my fridge and cabinets for easy access.

  • Light weight, sturdy super thin so it is easily stored. Handy to have around the house.
Cons
  • I recommend a lighter one with 2 steps this one is super heavy.

Great value, high weight capacity

Great for the price. Only wish the steps felt a bit more stable and the locking mechanism were a little more user friendly. All in all would repurchase considering the value.

Hard to open and close

I am very disappointed in the step ladder. It is hard to close and hard to open and it is actually very noisy when you move it around. It will hold you and it is very safe. But, I will not be purchasing it again
