The display shows strictly Celsius. If there is a way to switch to Fahrenheit scale, it is undocumented. I would also like to know if the sensor reads both temperature and humidity or just one of the two. Which of?

The temperature is not really relevant when using this item to determine the temperature of the incubator, but if you can use a regular thermometer you can easily calibrate the sensor and work with the sensor.
