Purchase of these items was a disappointment. First, they are huge. Way more than anything I've ever used. If space is limited, you can measure your space and check its size. Much more than I expected. Second, removing the backing of the sticky pad will literally drive you crazy. It doesn't come off easily, and if you force it, you'll pull the foam pad off with it. I used these brackets to hang a row of 72 decorative LED globe lights under my patio aluminum railing. First, the mounts are inexpensive, about 10 cents each.
