I needed a battery operated pepper mill that could be used with one hand and would give me a satisfying pepper mill. This was my fourth purchase to fill this need. The first three mills were anemic and/or could not be refilled without breaking. This goalie is a workaholic, there's nothing anemic or frail about her! The light illuminates the peppers as they fall on the food. Perfect. I am very happy with this purchase and if someone stole this coffee grinder I would replace it with the same one.

I replaced a set of grinders that worked but kept failing. Then they were killed by leaking Duracell AAA batteries. I contacted Duracell and they paid me the $28 I spent on this set. They work way better than my old set; They grind faster, don't stick, and give a good grind of whole peppercorns.
