The ability to create many different types of campaigns, both BANT/TPA and direct response. I like that you can have multiple people involved in each campaign.The ability to track results from all different channels. I dislike that it's not compatible with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. I like that it's easy for me as an account manager, or even my team leader if needed! It helped us get more leads from our website by reaching out directly through social media posts/tweets etc.. We also use their email software which has been great too because we can track all of those emails in one place so its very helpful when trying to reach people who have not responded yet!!
