Used on a 10" Table Saw with Aluminum/Plastic Slitting Blade to cut a length of 7/8" x 3" 6061-T6 Aluminum Flat Bar . It cut through easily and the cut ends were only slightly warm after cutting. PERFECT!

It was actually quite easy to attach the blade. Make sure you turn off the power first. Mild steel cuts absolutely better without flying sparks. The main reason for the purchase was to extend the life of the blades as they are expensive.

I have used this product for years to avoid chipping when cutting aluminium. A little on the saw blade before cutting and as if by magic the aluminum didn't stick to the blade. I've also used this to lubricate aluminum and steel faucets and it works great for that too. If you're working metal, have a stick with you as it's a lot less messy than liquids and lasts a long time.

This makes aluminum cutting amazing! You can cut a 3 inch thick block of aluminum on a table saw with a standard carbide wood cutting blade (preferably a non-ferrous triple blade), and this material will make the cut smooth and keep the aluminum from heating up and welding, but on its own carbide.
