Purchased for a 2017 Dodge 3500. This build will not fit this model if you bought the truck with the cab and chassis only (no standard box). The airbag base plate is not in contact with the U-bolts of the leaf springs.

Air lift kit is a great fit for my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 HD. Having settled all the details, pick up the keys under the latches. Make sure you have standard depth and deep socket sets, ratchet and handle, and a set of metric allen wrenches. Use two 20 ton jacks to raise the frame and hang the rear axle and remove both rear tires. Assemble the airbags according to the instructions. Screw the bags onto the axle. I bought my Air Jack 88297 to tow my 32ft saddle bike with my 2004 Dodge 2500 diesel engine. I installed them and drove to DC from South Alabama the next day to work for over 4 months. I tow a large fifth wheel and wanted extra rear support and better alignment for my truck. They don't increase your carrying capacity, but they do help you move more smoothly and evenly.
