This item in combination with Rugged Ridge 17755.02 Throttle Bar for Jeep Wrangler JK 07-11 and Superchips 3875 Flashpaq gave my Jeep extra oomph and increased fuel economy. My friend installed two pieces in less than an hour. Programming took a little longer. I went from 13-15mpg city to 18-19mpg plus 21mpg on the highway.

This thing sounds awesome, is easy to install and increases performance. I saw a slight increase in mpg but nothing significant. I would recommend this and the AirAid throttle body gasket. I put them (CAI and TBS) on my 2010 JKU and it sounded great and has extra power. Then I wasn't happy so I added a dual Gibson exhaust and now my jeep is an amazing beast. I live in Denver and have done a lot of research on the JK forums and most said don't waste your money as the 3.8 engine just doesn't answer. If you don't have a tuner (I have a SC Flashpaq, tune 93 octane) and exhaust (I have a high clearance MBRP). So I settled on $215 why not. The seat or pant dyno (take it with a grain of salt) feels slightly/moderately better than the K&N drop that came in the stock airbox.
