I loved this bag–I started using it a couple weeks ago regularly for college classes with my service dog. Had plenty of space and the waste bags could easily be accessed through the top pocket. I fit in my laptop, pens, notebook and my service dog's extra treats, water/food bowls, treat bag, and service vest. I just added in more pocket type bags to keep my things organized for school. However, at the end of the second week of classes one of the straps just snapped while I was walking to class.

The backpack is good size and can hold quite a bit. There are 2 large pouches that zip up to hold food and treats, along with plenty of room for water bottles, toys, etc. There are 2 pop-up bowls for food and water- they are not large, holding about 2 cups of water or food, but good enough and a fold down placemat for them to go on. It has a squared off bottom so it stands upright well to use the placemat.

Great size for all the puppy stuff you’ll have to carry around those first few weeks! Enough room for blanket and supplies!

I take my dog to work with me and on trips and the bag itself is wonderful, but zippers are easily breakable. My dog easily figured out how to undo the top zipper and with a tiny bit of pressure he busted through the zippers containing his food. Hes 15 and fairly weak. He's never got through any containers previously so im just using that as a reference for just how flimsy they are. You can easily with your hands just tug at the container zippers and they separate. The straps are comfortable and there is plenty of storage for water and food. Pet owners can carry their own water bottle in the side pockets. Inside you will find two soft food containers with plastic liner and zipper closure. Depends on kibble size but I can pack at least 4 cups of my dog food in each.- more for my cat food. This bag is perfect for going to a friends house or even going on a hike. You can pack literally anything and everything there are so many compartments and so much space. I would die without this

I have not used this product yet, Hence my reading of four stars, but I can say it was delivered on time if not early, and it appears to be a quality product.

The color was a brighter red than the product picture, although still nice. It is a sturdy backpack with good size bags for treats/food. Maybe it’s because I didn’t fill them up (so they’re a little floppy and don’t sit well), but they don’t seem to fit side by side in the backpack, only stacked.

Works well and looks sleek. I am able to fit everything comfortably for my pup. I use it when visiting family so I don’t always have to worry about packing up his food/ toys, etc. it’s nice that it comes with the collapsing bowls to easily feed or give him water.

This is a well made, beautiful backpack. I bought it for my son and his dog for a cross country trip. It is well organized and has everything he needed to keep all his dog things together in one place. I would buy this again.

Only received the bag. Did not receive the bowls or containers. A lot of the reason for ordering the bag is that they are included.
