Used this when running my first 5K. It fits a 750ml water bottle and the zip pocket is big enough for my phone, some lip balm, my keys and tissues. Not too heavy and big enough to fit most tummies. I'm a women's size 10-12 with a big belly and it more than fits me.

I've used it about 10 times since I received it. I love this product for hiking in the Arizona heat. It holds my 24 oz. Well insulated water bottle, easy to remove and replace the bottle. It's not hot, it's not sticky, and it doesn't seem to pick up body odor, which is great. This works great for my usual 4-7 mile hikes. I was a bit disappointed with this purchase. I should have read the description a little more carefully as it didn't come with a water bottle! I bought this make and model for myself from another seller and I love it so I just bought 2 more items from this seller for my husband and bought a friend who admires mine ( no longer available from the original seller). So this strap is quite big, but it doesn't seem that big yet on long hikes. I like it because it has two zippered pockets, a small one that keeps my bunch of keys separate and safe from accidental loss. The large pocket is big enough for my big phone and wallet.
