I bought the first pair in the small size for my new pup from Dog Supply in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, with winter approaching, stores no longer sell dog shoes. Bought these for my dog to carry on southwest hikes when the ground is too hot, or cacti or whatever. We used them quite successfully the first day but as it was winter we didn't use them for the rest of the trip. I liked her height, her little dew toe came in the boot but not at velcro height. Strangely, all went without a problem except for one of the shoes and I never understood why! They sat down and approached the same way, fastened with Velcro, who knows.
