They get EXTREMELY hot, you can't work near plastic as it will melt almost instantly. Even wrapped in several layers of duct tape and tape, they were still hot enough to cause severe burns if someone accidentally touched them. Not recommended at all.

I bought these but returned them because my 2014 Audi A5 has LED headlights to retrofit from the factory and doesn't need them. So first check that your fog lights are installed without them, if you enter the code the dash then you will need them. I bought Alla's fog lights, they are excellent and I was lucky not to need these adapters.

Does not fit my 2017 Laramie 1500 Sheep I received the package, it was well packaged. I was happy to install and when I did! Tin still not working, lights out so I've been waiting maybe it will take some time no still no luck so tried another one thinking it might be a defect with one or something , but no, not everything works yet. Although Alla assured me that all my troubles would be over if I put this resistor on the LEDs I also bought from them, it didn't work. After much digging, Alla doesn't seem to notice the 2015 Ram Trucks issues and TIPM/CANBUS-B/PWM issues. You should not sell anything for 2015 Ram Trucks as nothing they sell will work with that model/year.

Resistors worked great on my Dodge Dart when I replaced the regular headlight bulbs with LED's. Note that the headlights and wires were originally placed in the headlight assembly, as well as with the resistors installed. Well I should have known that the metal part gets very hot and learned that the hard way. I recommend leaving the resistors hanging and away from the plastic or nearby wires to avoid heat damage.

Terminators were critical to my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Without them, the lights would randomly go out. After I installed the load resistors the light worked great. Caution: The packaging indicates that the resistors can get hot and melt the plastic. Please take it seriously as the surface temperature is over 120F. My only suggestion would be to make the wires longer because you need to find metal to mount them or enclose a resistor so it doesn't have to be metal mounted.

So the headlights I bought for my 2018 Dodge Challenger were great. They were bright and lit the street. However, the decoder recommended for purchase actually melted a hole in the headlight housing on the driver's side. Did the other change color?
