The ease at which I can access to information about my clients' families through their profiles is one thing we like best! It's also easy for me as an employee or parent/caregiver to send out emails easily using this system too - not having so many different email addresses cluttering up our accounts!! I like how they do everything for you as far being easy to use & understand all functions/ features are easily seen so there is no confusion or problems understanding what needs done next! No complaints about anything specific just trying something new (if it works great!)
