Bright colors but tiny

Let me start by saying I'm not a hiker or cyclist and don't have much experience with this type of gear. I saw it as a versatile backpack to put my iPad in for both work and hiking. The orange bag looks great and appears to be of very good quality. Some straps look a little cheap, orange. My biggest problem is that the bag is tiny, like a third grader's backpack. I suppose it's good for light packing for a hike? The iPad doesn't even come close to that.

Insulated drinking tube!

Very cool packaging. Looks good, seems pretty solid. The main compartment features a zippered closure for easy loading and unloading of gear. Two side pockets are suitable for first aid/medicine and small tools or tool kits. The hydration system consists of an insulated bladder compartment and an insulated drinking tube. Haven't used it yet but wish there wasn't boiling water in the hose. Main compartment has 2 zip pockets and 1 velcro pocket. Good for cables, mobile phones, etc. On the outside

Great motorcycle backpack for hydration.

Yes, the top rivet fell out. It has a velcro closure but the backpack does not need to be attached due to the construction and straps. This is by far the best hydration pack I have ever used and includes the last 15 years of mountain biking. I've used over a dozen different packs of all brands and prices. I use this pack when I'm on my R1200GS. I like the single buckle, I like the velcro on the bite flap for quick attachment to my belt. The pockets hold what I need and keep me from being…

Almost perfect for me

Just big enough for some tools, lunch, GoPro stuff and a raincoat. Almost perfect for me. The hydrator has a rather poor design and it is very difficult to drain all the water from it. It's also quite difficult to fill it up completely as you have to hold the water bag horizontally to pour water into it. The insulation on the pipe doesn't keep it cool; it keeps it warm, but it's usually still warm. There is a star deduction for the water bag. I think I can replace it in time. When I first…

It looks like the guy who bought this bag before .

It looks like the guy who bought this bag earlier is an amateur. also sounds like the manufacturer was never contacted. more than 1 year warranty for our products. If you take something out of the box and it falls apart, it's probably a 1 in 10,000 factory defect. I just bought this from MC Motorsports in Michigan. It was standard shipping here in San Diego in 4.5 days. This is my fourth motorcycle bag, probably the best I've ever had. It's durable, tough, 2 liter water bottle, extra pockets…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Can hurt

I have to admit that for the price I was hoping for a much better packaging system than my CamelBak Mule. The two problems with the American Kargo Turbo are: 1) Throw away the bladder, which I did. Pure cheapness. Instead I bought a Mil Spec 2L CamelBak Short Tank. $452) The single buckle closure system is not very good. Like my CamelBak Mule (2 buckle closures), the 8lb water and tool pack sags in the back, and the chest strap goes to my throat. It doesn't really get in there because of my…
