Bulbs seem fine. I had a problem removing the glass cover. I bought a rubber band oil filter wrench, just removed the glass cover and replaced the bulb.

I regularly bake bread at 475 degrees and pizza at 550 degrees, so I was looking for a bulb that could withstand high temperatures. I bought these lamps about a month ago and have had no problems.

So far good. It seems strange to me that oven lamps are not sold with lamps for other appliances. I cleaned my oven before replacing so I can't certify if they can handle it, but they will withstand roasting temperatures for the usual amount of time.

An appliance mechanic advised me to buy this bulb when I hope to have light in the oven. Must be 130 to withstand voltage spikes occurring in the device. It's a shame that home appliance manufacturers don't educate their customers on best care practices.

These oven light bulbs are simple and work right out of the box. There is no alternative to oven LEDs, as they melt when exposed to heat. 40 watts are enough for little space. I have no idea how long they will last, but unless the oven door is left open frequently they will see minimal use.

When I replaced the bulb it didn't work. I checked the fuse and the oven light switch. Then I tried the 2nd bulb and it worked fine. It's good that I got 2 packs, because one of the bulbs was defective and had already burned out. When I shook the bulb, the filament obviously broke inside as it rattled.

Great purchase and it was the right part for our kitchen oven. For our model KFEG500ESS0 we bought a couple of fake lights from the store, so after further research it turned out that this one fits perfectly. And the price for 2 is better than the big store for 1. Our last lamp only lasted a year, we'll see how this one holds up (in a month now), it's perfect if it matches your stove model.

These lightbulbs are terrible. The bulb looked almost blown when I took it out of the box: it was such a dull blackish color. I have 2 and they looked the same. I plugged the lightbulb into the fridge outlet. The light worked, but its brightness is rather dim with a yellow cast. If you like dull yellow lighting, these bulbs are for you. If not, stay away. I would come back but not worth it. I'll deal with that now, but in the near future I'll switch to something else.

My 95 year old mother, who still bakes and uses the oven regularly, had a blown bulb and couldn't see what it was. Cook. I bought a brand name replacement oven light bulb and it lasted about two weeks. After doing some research on these lamps, I found out I'm not alone. It seems the big problem with stoves these days is that spare bulbs don't last. So I read on Revain that a man bought these lamps and has no problem with their durability. The big difference seems to be that instead of 120 volts
