Description of Ancor 211418 Electrical Disconnects Insulation

25 Pack of 16-14 AWG, Female fully insulated nylon disconnects. Ancor's Marine Grade terminals differ from automotive terminals by being designed for the harsh marine environment. Nylon insulators are easy to crimp and will not split. Barrels are designed to tightly grip the wire with the least effort. Tinned copper gives the least electrical resistance but the most corrosion protection. UL 310.

Just received these insulated disconnect terminals and did a test crimp on the male and female ends. You are just great. In destructive testing, I see that they have a wire stopper and double metal layer crimp barrel that gives strong crimps even with cheap crimping tools. They are extremely heavily crimped onto the wire, and I believe their breaking strength is much higher than that of the wire itself.
