This is an excellent case made from anodized billet aluminum (heavy!). Once installed, all of the Pi's connectors are perfectly centered in their slots. Rubber feet fit into profiled pockets on the bottom of the case. The attention to detail is amazing. This case is very well designed/built. Heavy aluminum body that doubles as a heat synchronizer. I'm using a Raspberry 4 as a PiHole server and it has a fan hat installed so this case is perfect for my use case. While the Pi and fan hat would fit perfectly in this case, the included 3mm standoffs helped raise the top cover just enough to allow for better fan exhaust! Yes, it's more expensive than a lot of cheap cases, but for me the pros are: You don't have to glue a heatsink on top of your board - so if you later need one HAT or need to "recycle" the PI for another use, there is no thread (or heatsink) attached to it. - You don't need a fan. This is a nice metal case for PI 4b. However, I had two issues with the case: 1. The case does not provide thermal conduction to passively draw heat away from the CPU, GPU, and memory chips. It also does not include heatsinks. 2. You screw the PI into the case first. This makes it very difficult to align the PI and HAT pins and push them against the PI. With HAT installed, heat dissipation inside the case becomes even more problematic.
