Very happy with the purchase. I should have bought it 3 years ago. I installed in brick on the side of the house. I had to buy masonry bolts and a drill - $6. I also bought a Y-connector and a 4 foot feed hose for $10. Installation wasn't difficult. I just took my time and tried not to overtighten the plastic nuts and fittings. So I really like the overall design of this item. The drain feels nice and has protection for the float valve. However, EVERYTHING is plastic, so problems are possible. The first one I bought had a leak in the float valve assembly. I tried my best not to over-tighten the parts and don't think I caused a leak (I think it was a manufacturing defect), but I imagine someone could easily cause problems when reassembling.
