As the song goes, "Why is it so hard? " I expect the best from Anker

Not sure if it's just poor design or an obvious defect or both. In any case, the instruction manual is more of a source of confusion than a help. Regardless, I couldn't get it to work despite trying three different Bluetooth devices and two different TVs. The main problems with the manual: It does not provide clear instructions for Bluetooth pairing. There are instructions on how to pair with two devices at the same time, but no clear instructions on how to pair with one device. There is a…

what do you need to know

The device is simply fantastic. the sound quality is excellent. However, I am sending it back. And you should check it before buying. This is a somewhat confusing design. Because it has an optical connector. It is primarily designed to be connected to a home theater or AV receiver. If so, then I don't know why the battery is needed. The presence of the battery begs the question. Can you always charge? Cannot recommend for battery life. So it should be charged regularly? If it is to be connected

I hated Bluetooth audio. Not with this thing!

I needed a bluetooth adapter for my 2010 car stereo as my new phone doesn't have a headphone jack. My experience with Bluetooth audio so far has been far from encouraging: one speaker I've seen in action had a habit of hissing, and two portable adapters I'd used before that died in the car had inconsistent output, who always put the volume on mute. and aptX not supported. Having usually had good experiences with Anker, I decided to give this adapter a try. USB powered, good, stereo mini jacks…

Ideal! Once you have gone through the pairing process.

This product works better than expected - I use it to stream TV audio and the sound is crystal clear, perfectly in sync and I love the flexibility of using a digital optical or AUX cable. I bought two Soundsyncs, one to send sound from the TV and the other to receive it and output it to a pair of wired headphones. Pairing is a real hassle HOWEVER, and the user guide only provides information on how to connect a SECOND device, not how to pair for the first time. Based on Revain's…

Exceptional sound quality!

I need an external BT receiver in my car for music. This is a 10 year old Hyundai Genesis sedan (don't tell me why they put HFP, OPP and PBAP but no A2DP in the top tech package when the downgrade package has A2DP) and I have 4 various departments go through the last 6 years. These were Monoprice #7364, Homespot (Gen 1) NFC Home Audio Bluetooth Receiver and Homespot (Gen 2) aptX Bluetooth Receiver. The Monoprice has been reliable and works well (in fact I still use it in my garage), I just…

Great Bluetooth transceiver option

I bought this Bluetooth transceiver (SoundSync A3341) to use with many of my devices that don't have built in Bluetooth (iPod 5.5 gen and my SamsungTV). ). This is also used on some of my wired headphones to give them bluetooth capability (Sennheiser PX100-ii, Sennheiser PX200-ii, Grado SR80i, Sennheiser HD598 etc.). The product comes in a classic blue and white anchor box. Inside is a warranty card, an instruction manual and a happy/unhappy card. In addition to the product itself, you also get
