First of all. Not only am I a hater, I've been an Anker fan for years! I liked all the products EXCEPT this junk. How can they have such a big design flaw? If you connect this hub to an aluminum computer (including a Mac), you will immediately experience Wi-Fi and Bluetooth problems. Worked for about a week then stopped reading my SanDisk USB 3.0 flash drives. They just don't show up when you plug them in. Still reads USB 2.0 well, but I didn't buy it for that. Tried all three of my USB 3.0 ports and removed all other connections. Do not go.

I am a big fan of Anker products because everything I buy from them is of the highest quality. I have both an Anker 16,000mAh charger and an Anker 5-port wall charger, both work great. One of the sad things about my 2012 Acer laptop is that the company chose to give me only two USB 3.0 ports and the other two only USB 2.0 ports. It was obviously chosen for cost reasons, since USB 3.0 technology was still new at the time. Sorry, I have at least 4 USB 3. 0 devices and don't want my only remaining
