Very relaxing and comfortable

I'll wear this for a few rounds at the end of the day. It's so relaxing. I love both the heat, which is adjustable but never burns, and the small pulses of electricity. There are several settings for this, as well as a way to adjust the intensity. You can turn the volume down so low you can barely hear it, or turn it up so you can really feel it. Start small and work your way up to what you want. They can go too high and sometimes it can be a little over the top. Remember to use a damp towel to

The massager works great but the manual remote control is a pain.

Just bought this because I had a neck problem and after a few hours of charging it works great. Although the remote control is a pain. The battery was dead so I had to open the back, pain., pull out the dead battery and unfortunately I put the back back on (without glasses) and now I can't open the back again because it's upside down, and i think blocked forever. It would be nice to have a remote control but I think that won't be possible at the moment as I've tried everything to get it out to…

It took a little while to get it working, but it worked fine in the end.

At the first attempt to use it seemed useless to me, after the first charge it and the remote helped only when pressing the buttons. Before I wrote my 1 star rating of the item and experience I tried again just to make sure it didn't work and it worked. It doesn't cause as much choking as the others, which is a plus but also means it could be a problem if you have a small throat. I have a fairly wide neck and it suits her perfectly. It seems a little weaker than the others, on the highest level
