It does not work. Didn't erase the iPad properly

Got iPad. Didn't set it up, said it was released to usps and blocked. Called the Amazon man on the other end of the phone, didn't understand what was going on and after 2 hours on the phone transferred me to Apple. It remains to send back. You didn't clean the iPad properly. Big waste of time

If it wasn't for the dent it would be 5 stars

Overall the tablet works well looks almost new just a few very small scratches on the screen but these are hardly noticeable and definitely not it's me embarrassing, in the end this is a refurbished item. Three stars because there is a rather ugly dent like someone cut off part of the frame as you can see in the photos. Although this iPad is refurbished, I don't think it's normal for it to have such damage. I think it's worth asking for a replacement. Because I bought it mainly for my child and
