I bought this to replace the pump in my son's turtle tank. However, he doesn't seem to want to pump much. I've found that the further you adjust it, the better. That being said I have over two and a half inches of water in my turtle tank and the current coming out of it is very poor. It's like a drizzle from a faucet. Help, maybe I'm doing something wrong or the pump is faulty?

I like the white body of this filter. That's what makes it so chic. I use it in my 10 gallon guppy fry tank and it's perfect for the little juvenile fish so they don't get sucked into the air intake. Speaking of consumption, it's very very low, so if I'm making a waterfall for my dream paludarium, that would be perfect to use! There are also plants there. This filter is more suitable for rimless water tanks or terrariums with low water levels (personally I would recommend at least 2 inches of water depth rather than the 2 cm listed).
