💧 Aquasana OptimH2O RO Remineralizer Filtration Review

This filtration system is just awful. Nothing but a constant leak. Everything was installed by a licensed professional. Don't waste your money on this junk and buy something else. Nothing but a headache for several months.

Broken faucet. After everything was installed, I did a pressure test, it immediately started leaking in the tap, when checking where exactly the leak came from the connection in the tap, it broke immediately. Bought a new faucet at a local major department store for $50. As with many other reviews, the faucet continues to appear to be the weak link in this system.

Product arrived on time with direct instructions. I went step by step as described in the manual. Now after disinfection I get water of very high quality. I was trying to find the perfect water filter and finally came across this product. My husband works in the environmental field and is very familiar with all water quality standards. We reviewed our county water report and found issues with lead, PFAS, ecoli, etc. This product is NSF compliant and meets all of our requirements. Easy to install Doesn't feel as cheap as other reviews say. After draining the water during the day as instructed, TDS number 39. It used to be 305. Pure water Costco 32. Very happy with that number. And after comparing so many water treatment companies, this one is really very cost effective. It has multiple NFS certifications and remineralization to produce alkaline water. Both my original purchased product and the new product each broke within 3 months causing water to leak out of the unit. Both times it was professionally installed and repaired. The idiots at the local water board in Meadville, PA chose to fluoridate our water despite the obvious prejudice against it. This reverse osmosis system has been tested to remove 95% of the "fluoride" in our water. It took me about 2.5 hours to install. Everything went well, the instructions are good. Be smart - DO NOT overtighten the fittings. No leaks on first try here. Pressurize the system for 2 hours, then flush for 24 hours, turn off the faucet, wait another 2-3 hours for the tank to fill
