I have not used the cones in my aquarium yet and will try to update this review as soon as possible. I am building a tank and running it for shrimp and other friends to give away. The cones were well packaged and all in good condition. They are small but I got what I expected. I personally like the size as they make little cute additions to the tank. I intend to buy more regularly while I run.

It also gives my tank a great natural look made entirely out of live plants and driftwood suitable for the natural environment all my fish typically live in. I love them and recommend them, but I'm in no rush to add more cones. They are very effective at lowering pH, so add them slowly and check often.

Alder buds are very cute I read the other reviews and knew they were tiny so the size didn't surprise me. I have a naturally planted nano tank that cycles and I plan on adding shrimp and snails once the cycle is complete so I wanted a more natural decor and have read that shrimp love these things. I received it 2 days ago so it's too early to write a review but I can already see improvements in my small tank. I have a 2.5 gallon aquarium with live plants and shrimp. I'm a huge Aquatic Arts fan, I usually buy direct from their website but it's nice to see them on Revain too. These tiny cones are so great for the aquarium and the shrimp love them. I threw one in the aquarium and an Amano immediately swam up to check it out.
