Okay this mat/bed is so plushy that I pet it! My pups steal my blankets and make them hairy and I tried a bed on the couch, nope, so I decided to try one of these! Bought this for my elderly small dogs.Pros: soft material, great size.Cons: the material makes a shooshing sound that scares the small dogs and the thickness is awful. The picture looks like it should be a pillow. This is a not a pillow. It's more like a thick blanket. Really disappointed.It should have been folded on itself (so half the size) and then it would have been - maybe - thick enough.

This product suffers from gross misrepresentation. One side is soft while the other is smooth, that part is true but that's about all that can be said for it. At best it is a crate liner but in no way should it be called a dog bed. It's advertised as super cushy however it is not at all cushioned. Very thin. Zipper does not work, very flimsy and after 1 night as a crate liner, it’s already showing wear. ☹️ May not be suitable for pets with sensitive skin.

This was the right size for my dog's doghouse, so it's dimensionally the right size, but it's far too flat and squashy for a dog of his size (about 50 lbs). It's so flat, I initially thought it was just an empty cover. I'll have to put in a foam insert, or it will essentially just be like he's laying on a folded up towel. I purchased this in March and I have to say this is such an overrated product. When accidents happen, you can clearly see that the liquid had seeped through the inner layer and the inner insert is basically nothing more than a cheap pillow. Nothing special, so this "cooling” doesn’t work. Moreover, the zipper broke within 3 months of use and no it wasn’t my toy poodle. I regret purchasing this product and for the price not worth it.

For those who say these are too thin, they are not. they have the perfect amount of cushion for a cat. especially when you put them on a bed or sofa. They are also attractive unlike the ugly blue cooling pads and living in the desert, cooling pads are a must. They have a zipper so if i want an additional warming or cooling pad i can put one inside.

I bought the biggest bed and it's still too small for my 80 pound golden retriever. Not very fluffy and actually flimsy. May not provide enough traction for pets with mobility issues.

This pillow/bed is perfect. My kids love it as much as my pets do. The dog, the cats, everyone loves it. It is so soft. And huge! It has a fuzzy side and smooth side you can choose from depending whether it’s hot or cold. I originally got it to put on my bed for the puppy to lay on but it ended up on the couch and everyone uses it. Kids and pets. Lol. I would definitely recommend this.

I bought for my "old lady” cat since we have been having cold temps and wanted her to have a warm spot to curl up and snooze. Getting anything for her is a hit or miss and when she does like it, it still takes a few days before she will show any interest in it. That was not the case for this pet bed, she took to it immediately and insists it be laid out for her everyday. This is her new favorite spot to snuggle in and get her 16 to 18 hours of cat sleep everyday.

My dog was getting overheated after playing hard this summer. He lays on the cool side and it works to cool him down and relax him. Very happy with the product overall. Worth the money for a relaxed and comfy dog.

My dogs love this! I need to order a second one bcuz they fight over this one! They’ve only used the winter side so far but they live it. It washes up great, just like new!
