    I ordered these to replace the Asics Gel-Rocket 6 (which I've had for 2 years now and are great running shoes). I never had three

    I used to have several pairs of Asics shoes. In fact I ordered them to replace the Asics Gel-Rocket 6 (which I've had for 2 years now and are great shoes). I've never had a problem ordering a size 8.5 from Asics. However, this pair was a bit big to wear. The width was ok but they were about 0.5 inches longer at the top. They weren't very comfortable and the shoes themselves felt very cheap. I was very disappointed as I have long been a big fan of Asics shoes. I just hope that was the "one-off"…

    Very familiar with this brand. I was unhappy with the fact that it was not true to size and was VERY tight. It doesn't match the brand. Also, you could see taped seams versus sewn seams. To return.

    Happy with Asics VB shoes

    I had many pairs of Asics so I knew how they fit. No surprises. Better than Rocket 7 (as it should be) and met my expectations.

    I had a high end Mizuno before them and I like them better.

    Before them, I had high-end Mizunos and liked them better, although Mizunos were good shoes. I have also previously used Gel Rocket 5 Asics. These are the best shoes I've ever played in VB. If they last 3 years like my Mizunos, I'll be completely satisfied.

    So far so good in my review

    I only had them for half a season but they worked well. I have problems with my feet, so I'm very picky about my shoes. This was my first time ordering shoes online but I couldn't find what I wanted in the stores. I am happy with them and will consider buying another pair in the future.

    Comfortable but maybe a little loose for fast sports.

    I really like the look of these shoes and they are comfortable. Not sure how they will perform as a volleyball shoe, they seem to have a lot of lateral play. I think you could just really, really tighten the laces, but I think that might be awkward. Overall I think this is a good everyday shoe.

    Great shoes for volleyball

    My 16 year old son loves these volleyball shoes. They will last for 1 1/2 seasons. No big store carries these shoes, so Revain wins! Plus, I only paid $50 with my Discover card and bonus dollars!

    My son was looking for specific volleyball shoes and couldn't find them in the local stores. Found them here for a great price. Fits as advertised on website; 2 hours of training every day and much more comfortable than the running shoes he used before. He is very happy with them.

    Great shoes! Order 1/2 size smaller.

    My son is a regular size 10 shoes. I saw reviews saying I should go down a size but I was uncomfortable so I ordered a 10. Well I had to trade them in for a 9 1/2. Lesson learned! ;) Apart from this little annoyance, he loves her! No calluses, feels good and does not slip; He plays volleyball for his high school.

    I bought these shoes to play pickleball which is a new sport to me. I played tennis for many years and then table tennis. My knees hurt a lot from wearing old boots, and Pickleball has more backward motion than ping-pong. I can report that my knee pain has almost disappeared after wearing these shoes.     Excellent cushioning without sacrificing stability

    Excellent grip on most surfaces. Good fit and super comfortable. It lost a star because of the low heel. I wear a size 15D and my heel kept coming out of the shoe until I started sticking the heel. Otherwise, I prefer their Netburner, which I bought at the same time. They're too wide, even for me, and too big.

    A little cozy if you like.

    I'm a bit cramped and wear a lot of ASICS shoes. However, this is my first game dedicated to volleyball. I think that makes it a little more convenient. Haven't tried it on court yet (this Thursday) but expect it to work very well. Update: Been using it for a full season now and it's still a bit tight.
