The dog slides down the ramp, the poor pups can't find a footing so I had to buy anti slip strips to help them. The ramp is designed for pugs and dachshunds.

The angle is too steep regardless of your settings. Supposedly it's carpeted for "light" traction, though in reality it's covered in an incredibly slippery piece of felt that no animal can climb on. One of the worst things I've bought from Revain. Without many modifications it is useless

You would think there would be something this expensive with felt/rubber pads underneath, but no. Due to the lack of friction on our hardwood floors, it kept sliding off the edge of the bed and sofa, which was dangerous when our dog tried to climb up. Gave 3 stars because it's nicely made but returned because it's very unsafe.

This worked great for our 12 week old 3 pound Dachshund puppy. We have it on our corner sofa. She figured out how to walk up and down in 10 minutes. She uses it as a playground slide. Oh Puppy Power! No problem if it's too slippery. Our 9 year old Pom took a little longer and is still not going down but will go up once she has the courage.
