Can't convert HDMI input to SDI output? What's the point then

A disappointing purchase as it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Also, this seller charges a 25% restocking fee, which is utter bullshit as it wasn't stated at the time of purchase. Don't worry about this POS if you don't just want to input/output SDI.
