Great scanner for the money! This is a huge update for my old Innova 3160 OBD 2 code scanner. I have already had 2 sets of batteries leaking in my Innova 3160. I tried unsoldering one of the battery contact wires on the circuit board, but that one solder pad didn't melt! The metal almost looks welded on. I'm a do-it-yourselfer so have no experience with these devices. I was very impressed when after reading the instructions I plugged the MD802 into the OBD2 port on my 2013 Toyota Highlander and the screen lit up. I played with this device a bit at Toyota and then switched to my 2000 Ford F150.
