Description of ๐Ÿ”ง Enhanced Pneumatic Filament for Capricorn - Genuine Upgrade

This is a complete upgrade kit with the most affordable and useful upgrades available for Creality printers. Capricorn, F1rst Layer, and Creality have teamed up to put the highest quality products together to make a product for beginners all the way to experienced hobbyists. This kit is designed to give the most improved performance possible without a complicated installation or alterations to the printer itself. Compatible with Ender 3/3 Pro/3 V2, Ender 5/5 Plus/Pro, CR-10, CR10S/10S Pro, CR 20. Capricorn PTFE XS series Teflon tubing is designed to withstand the high heats of 3D printing while avoiding any dangerous off-gassing which other brands may be susceptible to. The tolerance of the inner diameter of the Capricorn PTFE tubing is also much tighter, which allows for more accurate feeding and retraction movements when compared to a stock PTFE tube. This product will help improve print quality and make your 3D printer easier to use and tune. The lightweight aluminum bed level nuts are machined to last and make the entire bed leveling process easier. The ridged edges of the aluminum leveling nuts allow for easier control especially in awkward positions. The lighter weight also improves print quality and ghosting on the Y axis due to less weight moving back and forth. F1rst Layer has compared and tested dozens of samples of pneumatic fittings with metal teeth to find the best performing fittings on the market with no PTFE slipping. Creality CR-10 springs included in this kit are much stronger than the stock ender 3 springs, and should provide a much sturdier build surface that can negate and residual motion from fast direction changes on the Y axis. These springs should also hold a level for a longer period of time as opposed to the stock ender 3 springs that come with the printer. These springs are a couple mm longer and as such, the Z axis end stop may need to be slightly raised depending on where you have it installed. F1rst Layer is committed to customer satisfaction and improving our range of products every day. We provide 24/7 customer support for every product we offer. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about any of the products we have on offer. We will do everything we can to have your printer consistently running at its full potential for as long as possible.

After this simple update

This is a very simple upgrade for your printer. Capricorn PTFE hoses are very easy to retrofit and this kit includes all the parts required. The tube is really slippery, much better than stock. The nibs weren't the easy part, and that's really only because the printer got in the way. A little work and you're done. Now I'm going to use Capricorn PTFE.

Pros
  • the thread flows MUCH smoother. The Creality CR-10 springs included in this kit are much stronger than the stock Ender-3 springs and should provide a firmer build surface that can nullify residual movement from rapid Y-axis direction changes. These nibs should also hold level longer than the standard Ender 3 nibs that come with the printer. These springs are a few mm longer, so the Z-axis end stop may need to be raised slightly depending on the mounting location.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

The feathers are not long. Just move the Z axis switch up.

Absolutely superb cables, clutches and springs. All solid upgrades for my Ender 3 V2. I saw some other reviews complaining about the springs being too long which I wanted to clarify. One thing a lot of people don't know about the Ender 3 series is that the Z-axis switch is designed to be moved and adjusted as needed. That's why you have to set the switch yourself when setting up the printer to show you that it can be moved. I only mentioned this because I saw a lot of negative reviews aboutโ€ฆ

Pros
  • XS Series Capricorn PTFE Teflon tubing is designed to withstand the high temperatures of 3D printing and avoid the dangerous outgassing that can occur with other brands. The internal diameter tolerance of Capricorn PTFE tubing is also much tighter, resulting in more precise delivery and retraction than standard PTFE tubing. This product helps improve print quality and makes your 3D printer easier to use and set up.
Cons
  • Doubtful

Game Changer, Great Price, Great Seller

Absolutely the most needed printer upgrade in my opinion. Perfect baby real Capricorn with good quality bonus sticker. All bed springs were the same. A pipe cutter is a very handy tool as many people fail to understand the need for a perfectly even cut of pipe. Yes, there are printable options, but if you're already having problems with PTFE and couplings, you might not be able to print them well enough, even if that's all. Absolutely revolutionary kit had an excellent price. The sellerโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Lightweight Aluminum Bed Leveling Nuts are machined making the whole bed leveling process easy. The ribbed edges of the aluminum adjustment nuts make it easier to control, especially in awkward positions. Lighter weight also improves print quality and reduces ghosting on the Y axis because less weight is moving back and forth. F1rst Layer has compared and tested dozens of metal toothed pneumatic fittings to find the best performing non-slip PTFE fittings on the market.
