I had endless problems with these headphones, I had to keep reconnecting them to bluetooth on this surface laptop and then keep updating them in the sound section. And I get echoes of them every time I turn them off, I need to fix it with my laptop and go through the whole thing again, plus the weather I want to return for a refund.

I really liked this headset but the fact that I had to keep reconnecting it to my computer makes it unusable as I am on the phone all day for work. Although they were very comfortable and the sound was great. It took a while to get used to because the noise cancellation works so well I felt like I was screaming because I couldn't hear myself. I'll be back, but hopefully someone else has better luck than me.

I love this headset! I work from home and use a wired headset. I hate being tied to my desk. I tried several Bluetooth headsets but the sound quality and comfort were poor. I found this to be a bit more than I wanted to spend but you get what you pay for. The sound quality is excellent, pairing is very easy, I can wear it all day, very comfortable!
