I had endless problems with these headphones, I had to keep reconnecting them to bluetooth on this surface laptop and then keep updating them in the sound section. And I get echoes of them every time I turn them off, I need to fix it with my laptop and go through the whole thing again, plus the weather I want to return for a refund.
